The Organization as a whole is a combination
of 7 tea gardens, nurseries, a marketing office and
the head office of Nepal Tea Development Corporation
Ltd (NTDC) that collectively employs about 2300 personnel
in which 70% are women.
This significantly contributes towards the social welfare
&. economic development of society and the country
in general. With the projected plan of planting more
tea, NTDC will hire even more manpower in the years
ahead.
